How to get shine on face? - homemade remedies

You can get shine on your skin or face glow with some easy homemade remedies and tips. In common people think that more oily or fat rich food gives us shining skin. But no it effects on liver and also support to many skin disorders like acne, pimple, blackheads. Control of diet is very important to get good skin health. Here are some tips and suggestions to get shine on face. Apply the following face pack on your face regularly.

Follow the steps to make face pack

No 1
  • Take 2 tablespoon of well mashed papaya pulp in a bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of well mashed banana pulp.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of milk.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  • Now mix all the ingredients well. After washing your face apply this on face and leave for 20 minutes. Now wash with cold water. Apply it once daily.
  • Take 6 almonds and dip them overnight or minimum 8 to 10 hours in milk and make a fine paste. At bed time after washing your face apply this paste on face and leave for overnight. Wash in the morning with cold water. Apply it 3 times in a week.
Note:  If you want to get better result with these applications, apply it at night before going to bed. First of all remove your face makeup and clean your face properly. Now wash your face with lukewarm water and pat dry your face skin. Now apply the product on your face.

Important tips
  • Reduce more oily and spicy dishes and junk foods.
  • Use more green vegetables, fruits and salad.
  • Drink plenty of water and always do some exercise daily for proper blood circulation.
This will give you a shining skin in few days. It will also control dark skin or blemishes problem and you will get more fair skin on face.
