But prevention is better than cure and in this post I will tell you how you can prevent acne or pimple problem or how you can remove acne or pimple marks with a little effort at your home. Use the following homemade face pack daily at bed time and follow some suggestions.Very effective face pack for acne.
- Take 2 tablespoon of Sandalwood powder.
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- 1 tablespoon of gram flour.
Some suggestion to avoid acne or pimple.
- Properly wash your face minimum 2 times in a day. Try to use natural face wash
- If you want to avoid acne or pimple avoid all junk foods.
- 2 or 3 days in a week take total boiled food.
- Stop taking any type of chillies, if impossible take a very very little in quantity.
- Never over diet. Always have a light dinner also.
- Try to avoid number of tea or coffee.
- Try to take lunch and dinner with little spicy and less oily.
- Avoid all the fried food.
- Use maximum green vegetables, salads and fresh fruit in diet.
- Don't use oil base products on your face.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Avoid skin tanning.
